Clients of Service Scalers
Connect your account to your team, what appears, and what disconnecting does.
If Service Scalers manages your marketing, your Local Wrangler account can be connected to your team there. Your team then posts onboarding steps, reports, billing notes, forms and updates straight into your dashboard, and can see your leads.
Connect your account
- 1Open Integrations. The Service Scalers card is first, under Agencies. Click Connect.
- 2Paste your portal token. It is the part of your Service Scalers portal address after
/portal/. - 3Connect. The token is checked with Service Scalers, and a wrong one is refused so you can try again.
What appears
When the person who connected is the company's owner, a Service Scalers section appears in the sidebar with five pages: Onboarding, Reports, Billing, Forms and Updates. Each lists what your team has posted for that page, pinned items first and unread ones marked; opening an item marks it read, and an item can carry a link. The Onboarding page also shows your account manager with a Book a Call button, your business profile, your active services and your key contacts at Service Scalers. Until anything is posted, a page reads Nothing here yet.
Covered accounts
When we mark your account as covered, the Billing page reads Covered and says there is nothing to pay. That mark is set by us, separately from the connection.
Disconnect
Disconnect from the Service Scalers card on Integrations. Only the connection is removed: your leads, domains, history and team stay exactly as they are, and what your team posted is kept. When the owner disconnects, the Service Scalers section leaves the sidebar.
