Archiving and restoring

Delete archives; how to see archived leads and bring one back.

Delete on a lead archives it. Nothing is erased: the lead leaves your list and your Total Leads count, and stays in your history where you can bring it back.

Seeing archived leads

On Leads, turn on Show archived. Archived leads are mixed into the table and grid and marked Archived, and the list widens to your full history so older ones are reachable. The count on the switch stays the same, so the list is longer than Total Leads while it is on. The board never shows archived leads; the switch is off there.

Restoring one

Each archived row has a Restore button. Click it and the lead is back in your list and your counts. Two kinds of archived lead cannot be restored on their own, and their row says which instead of offering the button:

  • Merged into another lead: you merged it by hand, and its information lives on the kept lead.
  • Collapsed as a duplicate: it was a repeat submission combined onto an earlier lead.

Both show a View link to the lead that carries the information, so nothing is out of reach.
