Tawk.to, Crisp and Tidio
Turn chat conversations into leads with the visit's source when the script saw it.
Connect your chat widget and each conversation becomes a lead with the visitor's details, the transcript, and, when the widget opened on a page the tracking script watches, the source of that visit. The cards are under Live Chat on Settings, Integrations. How the script pairs a chat with its visit is on Live chat leads.
Tawk.to
In Tawk.to: Admin > Webhooks > add a webhook pointing to the URL below, enable the Chat End and Chat Transcript events, then copy the secret Tawk generates and paste it here. The Webhook URL to paste is shown in the connect window and on the card.
Local Wrangler listens for the end of a chat and its transcript. The lead is created when the chat ends, with the visitor's name, email, city and country; the transcript attaches when Tawk.tosends it, and the AI summary runs on it. The card's pill reads Active from the moment the secret is saved, and the card has no Events button.
Crisp
In Crisp: Settings > Web Hooks > add a hook pointing to the URL below, enable the message and session:set_closed events, then copy the signing secret and paste it here. The Webhook URL to paste is shown in the connect window and on the card.
Local Wrangler listens for each message an agent sends, each message a visitor sends and the conversation being closed. Messages are collected as they happen, and the lead is created when the conversation is closed, with the visitor's name and email from their profile and the exchange as its transcript. Crisp does not tell us which page the chat was on, so a Crisplead carries the source Chat rather than the visit's own source. The card's pill reads Active from the moment the secret is saved, and the card has no Events button.
Tidio
Available on Tidio's Plus and Premium plans, which include webhook access.
Disconnect
Future deliveries from Tawk.to will be rejected until you reconnect, and the event history on this card will be cleared. The same holds for Crisp. The chat leads already created stay on Leads with their transcripts.
