Jobber
Authorize once; requests, quotes and jobs arrive as leads with the client's details and the amount.
Connect Jobber and the work you record there arrives in Local Wrangler as leads, so your pipeline and your Jobber account tell the same story. The card is under CRM on Settings, Integrations. Click Connect, authorize Local Wrangler in Jobber, and you are sent back with the card reading Active and your Jobber account on an Account line; once the first event has arrived it also reads Connected as that account. There is nothing to paste and nothing to configure in Jobber: the events below are sent by Jobber to Local Wrangler's own Jobber app.
What becomes a lead
- A new request in Jobber.
- A new quote in Jobber.
- A new job in Jobber.
- An approved quote in Jobber.
Each lead carries the Jobber client's name, first email address and first phone number, the request, quote or job title as its Details, and the quote or job total as its value; a request has no value yet. It is tagged jobber and with the kind of event. Its source is Jobber, so it carries no website visit and appears under the Referral channel on Analytics.
If Jobber stops accepting the connection
When Jobber no longer accepts the saved authorization, the card shows Error with the line Jobber token expired or revoked. Reconnect the integration, and a Reconnect button. A request, quote or job created while Jobber is refusing the authorization does not become a lead. The card can also read Error after a one-off failure on a single delivery; the next delivery then goes through as usual and clears it. While the connection is healthy the pill reads Active; the card has no Events button.
Disconnect
Future deliveries from Jobber will be rejected until you reconnect, and the event history on this card will be cleared.Disconnecting also withdraws Local Wrangler's access on Jobber's side, so Jobber stops sending. If that does not go through, for example while Jobber is unavailable, the disconnect still completes here and nothing further is recorded; you can also remove Local Wrangler from Jobber's own Apps page. The leads that arrived stay on Leads.
