Billing

Your plan, starting a subscription, managing it, and your invoices.

Settings, Billing shows your plan and lets you start, change or manage a subscription. Billing belongs to the company, not to you, so every member sees the same page.

Read the Current Plan card

The card names your plan and shows its status: Trial, Active, Past due, Canceled, Unpaid, Incomplete, Expired, Paused or Free. With a subscription it also shows the monthly price, whether it is billed monthly or annually, and the next billing date, or the date a trial ends or a cancellation takes effect.

If your account is covered by the agency that manages your marketing, the card reads Covered and says there is nothing to pay here. If it is covered and also carries a paid plan, the card says so and asks you to contact us if you did not expect to be charged.

Start a subscription

With no subscription, the page offers Choose a plan to get started, with a 14-day free trial on every plan and a button per plan:

  • Starter, $99 a month.
  • Agency, $199 a month.

Clicking one opens Stripe Checkout, which asks for a card to start the trial. Nothing is charged during the 14 days, and the plan you chose begins when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. When you finish, you come back here with a confirmation; if you cancel, you come back and can start again. A company with a live subscription cannot start a second one.

Manage or cancel a subscription

With a subscription, the button reads Manage billing and opens your Stripe billing portal, where you update your card, change your billing address or cancel. It brings you back to this page when you are done. The Payment Method card points to the same place. A company on Starter also sees an Upgrade to Agency card, which opens the portal.

Billing history

The last card lists your invoices with their date and amount, and a Download or View link for each.
