The lead grade
What the grade is built from, and where to see the breakdown.
Every captured lead carries a grade, shown beside the name on the list and on the lead. It is built only from what the lead actually gave you when it arrived: whether there is a real phone number, a real email, a name, a company, what they asked for, and where they came from. It is never a guess about how likely they are to buy.
Hover or focus the grade to open its breakdown. Each line is one rule, with a filled mark and the points it earned when the rule applied, or a hollow mark when it did not. The grade is the sum, so every point traces to a line you can read.
- The grade is set when the lead is created and does not change when you edit the lead afterwards.
- A lead with neither an email nor a usable phone number earns nothing on any rule.
- A lead you add by hand or import shows Not graded, because there was no capture to grade.
- On a call or chat lead, a small pill next to the grade may read Booked, Follow up and Unqualified, the summary of the conversation. It is a label, not part of the score.
