Junk Filters
Refuse submissions from addresses, domains, numbers or keywords you never want.
Settings, Junk Filters blocks submissions you never want as leads: your own test addresses, a competitor's domain, a spam keyword. A submission that matches a rule is refused before it is saved. It does not appear under Leads or under Held Submissions, and it cannot be recovered, so add a rule only for something you are sure about.
Add a rule
Pick the type, enter the value and click Add rule:
- Email address: exactly that address.
- Email domain: every address at that domain, exactly as typed.
- Phone number: that number, compared on its digits.
- Keyword (UTM): any submission whose campaign keyword contains the text.
Rules apply to form submissions on your site. A chat lead is checked against the email address and email domain rules only.
Remove a rule
Click the X on a rule and confirm. Submissions already refused by it are gone; removing the rule only stops future ones from being refused.
